you can, under admin login goto admin/email players. You can test it by emailing yourself to a different email addy. But for this to happen a person must have an email addy in their profile. so in above example you should have an email addy in your profile other than the gmail you use for the site, ...

Problem being that the message board menu is an "add on" so editing that menu is a little more complicated. you can add more menus and more menu items elsewhere easier

What I did was add 4 weeks to my season, and we dont do the playoff pool anymore. So now instead of a 17 week season, we have 21. Problem with this is, each week of the playoffs you have to manually add more games, edit teams and times into the DB. Kinda a lil pain but no huge problem. But this way ...

Yep gotta clean out the db for side pool.

What we do every year, if everyone is eliminated before week 8, we start another, clean out the DB, set config to new week, collect $$, try again
