500 - Internal server error

My site has been working great all year up until today.
All of the sudden I am getting this "500 - Internal server error".

No pages have been modified since the season got started.
I logged in successfully to update the weekend scores yesterday and when I tried to update the Monday night score this is the error I'm getting.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can check to get the site working again?

What's interesting is I can get to the sitemap and user rules pages, but everything else is giving the error.

I don't know off hand, but who is your host, did they maybe make some kind of change on their end? Might be a permissions change that only affects writable files and not static files.

1apps.com is who I am using to host. For test purposes I tried creating another account and was unable to do so.
Got this error: Unable to create profile. Please retry after sometime
Looks like the hosting service could be having an issue right now. Guess I will be patient and try back later today.
