Team Name Change

I'm trying to change the Oakland Raiders to the Las Vegas Raiders but keep getting an error message when trying to make weekly picks or survivor picks. The error message states: Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a01a8'

I've changed the name of the team graphics, I've changed the name in the database as LV Raiders and Las Vegas as the team name. Do I need to change it somewhere else? BTW, the team graphic does not display in the WeeklyEntry.asp file or the Survivor Pool form.
