Survivor Pool Status and Buy-Back ability

Hello -

Have a odd issue - never changed or had this before - but in my Survivor Pool we have 3 players that should still be able to play - one player did a buy back a few weeks ago and the other 2 lost last week and want to buy back in to play but the entry form is not showing the buy back check box and shows the status as N/A - as in the attachment here on this message -

My config.asp file has this so it should allow it -

'Last week players will be permitted to buy back into the suvivor pool.
'(Set to zero for no limit.)
const SURVIVOR_MAX_BUYBACK_WEEK = 16

Even setting it to '0' does not fix it -

Week 14 shows the status OK for players - but 15 get the N/A - even the player that is really still alive has a N/A on his week 15 Status and no picks available to pick -
