Lock Question: When?

This will be the first time we use your application. I think I have everything squared away (sorry for the emails) but I do have one question. Locking the Games. How does that work? I just want to make sure that this is an automatic and not something as the Admin that I have to do. I also want to include in the description and rules of our pool.

It happens automagically. By default, early games will lock at their scheduled start time, and users can still adjust any other picks right up until the scheduled start time of the first SUNDAY game, at which time all the rest of the games for that week lock.
And the rules are available right in the pool website... just go to "Help" | "Pool Rules". These rules adapt depending on the options you have chosen in the config file. You can modify helpRules.asp if you need them to say something different.
