Database Backup

I was wondering what everybody is doing for backup/recovery techniques of the database? I am using a free asp server at jabry.com. I figure I can FTP the database back to my computer everyday. Just wondering if anybody else has a better maybe automated ideas.

I used to ftp the db to my pc daily. That was sufficient enough for me. I no longer use an access db to store my data instead opting to use MYSQL to host it and having the data backed up daily from there.

if you get paid hosting, they have backup support
