Unable to update Game Time

On the Update Game Schedule page, when I click on the clock icon to update the Game Time, it is automatically submitting it as soon as it opens. It shows "Update Successful" on the top of the page. I've tried in both IE and Firefox with the same behavior.
It's also showing 1:00:00 am in the popup instead of the time that is entered for the game, like it's not able to read the time that is in the form.
The game date works fine though, I can edit it and the popup shows the game date that is in the form.
It does not exhibit this behavior on the demos on this site however.
Anyone else see this behavior?
EDIT: Must be something on my local IIS Server. It works fine on my webhost.
