SQL Server 2012 Version

I have a "trial" version of the Football Pool for 2015/2016 Season that is hosted on the MS SQL Server 2012 database instead of Access. This conversion required some minor modifications to some of the SQL statements in the code. Please contact me at zass38@gmail.com if you are interested. Note however, there are no guarantees that I have fixed every aspect of the code. As far as I can tell my version will run, at least in the vanilla flavors.
