Superbowl Squares

Instead of having to pick who scores first, coin flip, first FG, ect.... I would like to have a Super Bowl Squares added. Have a grid setup, cost is $x.xx per square when all the squares are filled the numbers are added to the top and side. Pay outs could be changed but usually goes whom ever has the square equal to the last digit of the score for both teams gets 20% per quarter and 40% for the forth quarter.
