Firefox Menu Problem
Firefox Menu Problem
I have a problem with Firefox. The menu displays, but when I try to go to a sub-menu it shows the sub-menus but it they disappear when I try to move the mouse over it. I don't have a problem in IE or Chrome. Does anyone else have this problem?
Re: Firefox Menu Problem
I had the same problem and the problem is inherent to Firefox versions after 67.x.x. According to Mozilla support, do the following:
(1) In a new tab, type or paste about:config in the address bar and press Enter/Return. Click the button promising to be careful or accepting the risk.
(2) In the search box above the list, type or paste window.event and pause while the list is filtered
(3) Double-click the dom.window.event.enabled preference to switch the value from true to false
Hopefully that will fix your problem as it did mine.
