Superbowl Squares

Does anyone have a working version of a superbowl squares pool? The one I have seen here is for SQL, but I can't get it to work. Is there one for the access DB? I have one that works with php and mysql but that one won't work on the webhost I am using to host this asp application.
Any suggestions/solutions would be most welcome.

To my knowledge, this was the only version (SQL) created. I planned on trying out this year too. Glad you said something before I got going on the project.
